My new Tainer fails to go into the update mode when using the MultiCopy feature with an external SSD card attached. I am using version 3.20 firmware, and both the internal and external SSD cards are 4T. I aways attach a 20,000 mah battery bank to my Tainer as a safety precaussion. I only unplug the battery bank when the Tainer is done and the internal battery is fully charged. I initially did a copy and one update successfully. When I attempted my second update, the Tainer failed to go into update mode and would only do a full copy. What did I do wrong, or is this a bug?

First of all, please check our FAQ here. [https://www.clouzen.net/faq?questionId=a7673a6e-fcce-4130-83d2-ca2d13a4dab1&appDefId=14c92d28-031e-7910-c9a8-a670011e062d]. Incremental copy works when same data/files are larger than certain amount. Also, if you want to do incremental copy to internal & external SSD at the same time, make sure both drive have same data. Following senarios is not alowed.
Copy to both drive simultaneous.
Then incremental copy to internal SSD
Then try to incremental copy to both drive.
This does not work because the files in internal SSD and external SSD is not the same.
