OFFLOADER 16X Global Trial Program Participation Agreement


I hereby apply to participate in ClouZen’s OFFLOADER 16X Global Trial Program and agree to the following terms and conditions:


  1. I confirm that I have read and understood the Trial Program Fee & Refund Policy.

  2. I agree to return the product in its original condition at the end of the trial period, following the return instructions provided by ClouZen.

  3. I will use and manage the product responsibly during the trial period. In case of loss or damage due to my negligence, I accept full responsibility.

  4. I consent to the use of my personal information by ClouZen solely for the purpose of operating the trial program and communicating product-related information.

  5. I agree to use the product only within the authorized trial period.I understand that any extensions require prior approval from ClouZen.

  6. I agree not to use the product for commercial, illegal, or third-party infringing activities during the trial.

  7. I understand that I may be held responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. ClouZen reserves the right to assess additional charges if the product is not returned in acceptable condition.

  8. I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for backing up and deleting any personal data stored on the device during the trial period. ClouZen is not liable for any loss, leakage, or misuse of user data.

  9. I understand that ClouZen reserves the right to decline or terminate my participation in the trial program at its discretion.
