Warranty and Return/Refund Policy

At Clouzen, we take pride in providing quality products and services to our customers. If you experience any issues with your Clouzen purchase, please read the following information to determine if your issue is covered under our warranty.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

(Clouzen Webstore Purchases) We want you to be completely satisfied with your Clouzen purchase. If for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. All merchandise must be in like-new condition, and any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Return shipping charges may apply, and associated shipping fees are not refundable.

CLOUZEN WEBSTORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

If you bought your product directly from clouzen.net and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above Money Back Guarantee, you can return it by following the below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Clouzen Customer Support(cs@clouzen.kr) by email. You must have an RMA # before you return a package. Packages without an RMA # will not be accepted. Safely package products along with a printed copy of the RMA form that was emailed to you. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. When you drop the item off for shipping, please be sure to get a receipt. Keep this handy until the return is processed. In order to be eligible for a full refund, your return must be dropped off to the carrier within seven days of requesting an RMA. Late returns will not be accommodated. Upon receipt of your package, and pending approval, the cost of the item will be refunded via the same method used to purchase the product.

WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:

Clouzen will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below. At Clouzen's discretion, we will cover shipping costs.

Before sending anything to Clouzen, please contact our Customer Support Team(contactus@clouzen.kr) by email. If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Prepare a package to return to Clouzen. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address.

CLOUZEN WARRANTY:

Clouzen products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the original date of purchase. Clouzen's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Clouzen's sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of Clouzen products is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Clouzen assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of its products. In no event shall Clouzen be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of its products or any of its parts. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and/or restocking fees.

If you have a problem with a Clouzen product covered by this warranty, please contact Clouzen Customer Support. Clouzen will, at its discretion, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you. Clouzen will not accept any returns without an RMA number. Once an RMA number has been issued, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Safely package the product along with a printed copy of the RMA form that was emailed to you.

  2. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  3. When you drop the item off for shipping, please be sure to get a receipt. Keep this receipt until the return is processed.
